New to CrossFit?
Creating a safe, fun, and effective fitness experience is what we at CrossFit Superfly are committed to. In accordance with this commitment, we offer a 3-week, 6-session CrossFit 101 class designed for the new CrossFitter. In completing this prerequisite, fundamentals course, every new athlete will have the opportunity to begin their CrossFit journey feeling informed and empowered to pursue the next level of their desired health and fitness goals. The foundational principles absorbed during this time will set the athlete up for safety, success, and longevity in the sport, as well as other various fitness pursuits.
