We use a mix of weight training, gymnastics, and aerobics to help our clients become faster, stronger, healthier, and lose weight. CrossFit is a fitness training program designed to make you a better human being. The core competencies we train for are cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy. We use a combination of powerlifting, olympic weight lifting, gymnastics, and endurance sports to help you reach your fitness goals. The beauty of CrossFit is that it is always interesting, produces measurable results, and will always challenge you. While CrossFit is an outstanding way to lose weight, it is way more than a strategy to look better. Joining CrossFit Superfly is like becoming part of a family. Our classes are community oriented and many of our members have formed life long friendships sweating alongside one another.
